If you have never been inside a canal boat before your will be very surprised to discover just how modern and well equipped they are.
Our boats are all fitted to a high standard and they each provide spacious and comfortable living accommodation - you really will have a home from home.
Your holiday in very important to you and therefore very important to us and this is why keeping the boats in tip-top condition is our first priority. We will try to exceed all of your holiday expectations and therefore our boats are immaculately clean and have a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Outside they are all painted in their very own livery colours making them unique to us.
The engines are maintained and serviced by our own engineers and are smooth running diesel which make the canal boat easy to handle. The controls are very simple to use and you will be shown how to handle the canal boat as part of your training. As you cruise the batteries are charged from the engine, there is 240v electric on board via a battery inverter. which provides the power and hot water. In the unlikely event that you will need it we even provide a 24 hour call out service and if you have a problem we will endeavour to get to you as soon as we can.
Our boats are fully central heated throughout as they are available for booking all year round and they are well insulated making them cosy and warm.
The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with a gas oven with 4 ring hob and grill, an under counter fridge with a small freezer box, micro wave. If you need to charge your mobiles or cameras there's even a number of three pin plugs on board. We provide all of your kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses we even provide a welcome pack which includes washing up liquid, cleaning cloths and tea towels The gas for cooking and heating is included in your holiday cost.
In the lounge/dinning area there is a colour TV with DVD and CD player. There is plenty of comfortable seating with a dining table for those family meals. There are large windows throughout the boat giving you some wonderful views of the scenery as you pass by.
Boat inventory 
Our boats come in two classes, the Ivy and the Buttercup. The sleeping accommodation on a sleep four berth boat includes a king size bed in a private bedroom and a make up double in the lounge. The six berth boat includes a king size bed or double bed in a private bedroom, a make up double in the lounge area and an extra private bedroom with two single beds. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are proved free of charge for the number of people travelling and the fixed beds all have sprung mattresses.
Boat plans/layouts
The bathroom is fitted with a sink and a shower and these both have hot and cold running water. The toilet/s, one in a four berth and two in a six berth, are flushing (the waste is held in tanks stored on the boat) and we even provide the loo rolls.
We want to ensure that your canal boat holiday is a great success and that is why we provide comprehensive training before we hand the canal boat over to you. We will take you through the canal boat explaining the internal workings and features. We will also demonstrate boat handling, daily maintenance checks and how to keep safe. You will soon have enough confidence to take charge of and will be under-way in no time at all to start to enjoy your canal boat holiday.
